'Untitled,' Sculpture, 2018

Awhile ago I attempted to fire two sculptures which of course, shattered. I'm not one to turn away from something I spent a lot of time on and so I did what I could with what little I had.
I gathered the broken pieces of each Sculpture and stuck what I could back together, like a bad jig-saw puzzle, I could only get so far. Faces broken and fragmented, patched up with nature, wood and bone.
'Untitled,' 2018, pit-fired ceramic, drift wood, wood, jaw bone (probably sheep)
